GUARANTEED RETURN POLICY
UPOlife offers a hassle-free, progressive return policy that guarantees customer satisfaction. The UPOlife return policy is simple – either you receive your order and are satisfied, or, if you are not, you can opt for one of two options:
- Contact us with your request for a refund within 30 days if you haven’t received your product and we will provide a refund!
- If you receive your order and it has been damaged or there’s something wrong with it, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you havenʼt received a refund yet but have already initiated the process with us, please note that some credit card companies and banks can take up to 30 days to reflect the refund in your balance.
