The vast majority of Medical solution shops charge exorbitant shipping rates or provide free shipping only if customers purchase a minimum dollar value of products. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
The standard order processing time is 2–5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the expected delivery times are as follows:
- Europe: 10–15 business days
- United States: 10–20 business days
- Everywhere else: 10–30 business days
We would like to point on though that even though these are our approximates, we always and we mean always try to deliver your order as soon as possible!
Please note that delays due to customs control, holidays, and other such reasons are out of our control. We can not be held liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays in your country, extra fees incurred by customs, back-end charges incurred.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER
- All of your orders will get a tracking a number once it has been shipped out. Please do use the contact form if you donʼt receive your tracking number, but it should be automatically attached once the parcel has left the destination country.
After your order is shipped, you will be automatically updated with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number, please donʼt hesitate to use the contact form, at which point we will send an update to you with your tracking details.
WHERE’S MY PACKAGE?
- After your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail notification which includes a tracking number within. You can use this tracking number to follow your orderʼs progress and location. If you do not receive an e-mail with your order details and tracking number within 2–5 business days after you have placed your order, please contact us and we will update you right away.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I PROVIDED INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS?
- We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If shipping information is not entered correctly before your item is shipped out (within 24 hours), we are not responsible for the lost package.
